November 14, 2017 8:31 am | By Paul Maniphonh (Melbourne, VIC)

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing! I wish I had learnt and been aware of how extremely important emotions play in ones life. Knowing that we control and choose the emotions we feel and not the other way around. Being lead by the trainees, who showed us how family it was to change your state / emotion for.

November 7, 2017 1:43 pm | By Lama Khalifa (Brisbane, QLD)

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I appreciate all practice exercise parts. When I get the chance to apply and inforce what I learn. The moment part as well is good. I hoped there was more elaboration on breaking patterns. Overall, I enjoyed the friendly warm feel of the training.
