Are you shy and want to have more confidence? Are you feeling trapped by your feelings of “less than” or “not good enough”? Lack of confidence can affect the decisions we make on a daily basis, and ultimately the quality of our lives. But you don’t have to be born with confidence, you can take steps today to becoming the version of yourself that is more vibrant, more confident and start to enjoy life!
- Have you missed out on job opportunities you were perfect for, simply because you lacked confidence in the interview?
- Have you been wanting to go and meet new people, or go on a date, but you’re too nervous?
- Have you been missing out on all the fun with your friends, because you’re uncomfortable in your own self?
If your lack of self confidence is stopping you from living a life that’s fulfilling and meaningful, then it’s time to sort it out.

More Information
Confidence isn’t something we’re all born with, some of us learn it along the way, and so can you. Imagine how it will feel to finally be able to fully express yourself in any way that you want. So what’s stopping you from shining your light on the world and being the most confident you?
There can be many reasons for lack of confidence, whether it’s a significant emotional event you’ve experienced or simply a string of circumstances over time that have contributed to you not believing in yourself as much. Whatever it is for you, there is something you can do to break the pattern.
Quote by Sheri L. Dew
“Noble and great. Courageous and determined. Faithful and fearless. That is who you are and who you have always been.”
Come along to this workshop and you’ll learn the specific steps you can take to get more confident. The more you do it, the more easy it will feel to be confident whenever you choose.
- Do you keep your promises to yourself and trust that you’ll follow through?
- Have you got really safe staying where you are, and so the thought of getting out of your comfort zone is scary?
- Do you want to be able to just relax and be yourself around others?
- Do you constantly need reassurance that you’re doing ok, that it’s ok to be you?
Quote by Samuel Johnson
“Self confidence is the first requisite to great undertakings.”
Take a step towards a confident you and join us for an event where we’ll take you through practical exercises to build your confidence and feel good about yourself again. You’ll walk away with the skills to break negative self talk and become naturally confident.
Join a group of likeminded people who want you to be confident too! We love coming together to support one another's goals, meet new people, and have some fun. If you know someone who could do with a confidence boost, feel free to bring them with you!

Amazing! I wish I had learnt and been aware of how extremely important emotions play in ones life. Knowing that we control and choose the emotions we feel and not the other way around. Being lead by the trainees, who showed us how family it was to change your state / emotion for.

I appreciate all practice exercise parts. When I get the chance to apply and inforce what I learn. The moment part as well is good. I hoped there was more elaboration on breaking patterns. Overall, I enjoyed the friendly warm feel of the training.

Before I attended Emotion Mastery (Phase 1) I was a bit raw emotionally and easily influenced into a negative state but in a few days found I was able to manage that to not affect me for extended periods.

This course has been transformative. It has made me aware of areas of my life that need more work and has introduced me to the tools to fix them.
